News
Blocks for a newsroom, a press page or a changelog front: the header with its topics, a ticker of the latest headlines and the stories themselves - as the lead, as rows with thumbnails, or as a compact list. Every block is CSS-only and built from the library's components and tokens.

§The template

§A news front
News Header (masthead) and a breaking News Ticker above a lead story, a compact headline list beside it and story rows below - composed only from the News blocks and layout utilities.
§The blocks
News Header
Introduces a news collection with its title and editorial context - kicker, dateline, topic links, or a newspaper masthead.
News Item
Previews one news story with its headline, date, and summary - a row with a thumbnail, the lead story, or a compact headline list.
News Ticker
Displays a compact stream of linked news headlines - a seamless CSS marquee that pauses on hover and focus, and stops for reduced motion.
